Now 8 different kid's party packages to choose from at Artopia:

Kid's parties ...

We've got room for groups of any size. There is no cost for the help, materials, firing and there is no sitting fee. You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks and gifts and spend a couple of hours in the studio. Spend the first hour or so being creative and the second hour eating, having fun and opening gifts.

1. Ceramic Painting Parties (Painted and fired):

Pricing starts at $11 per child + GST. There's lots of kids pieces in the $11 to $19 range. If you would like to select a price range you can do so. You just need to show up about 10 minutes early and we can put out 5-7 pieces that the kids can select from for your party. Once painted the pieces will be prepared here for firing and you can pick up in 5-7 days.

2. Ceramic Painting Parties (Non-fired):

Pricing starts at $11 per child + GST. There's lots of kids pieces in the $11 to $19 range. If you would like to select a price range you can do so. You just need to show up about 10 minutes early and we can put out 5-7 pieces that the kids can select from for your party. With this party package, kids take there pieces home with them. However, it should be noted that this is for figurines only as the pieces are not functional meaning they can not be used for food or drinks.

3. Glass Fusing Parties:

Pricing is $20 per child + GST. Minimum age is 6 and there is no min/max # of children required for this party. The options are to create a:

a) Night Light
b) Suncatcher
c) Jewellrey (5 pendants) which includes a bail so they can attach a cord

4. Mosaic Parties:

There's 2 options with our Mosaic parties. Start with a 4" tile to create your Mosaic for $15 + GST each or start with a 6 inch tile for $20 per child + GST. Minimum age is 6 and there is no min/max # of children required for this party.

5. NEW: Pottery Wheel Parties:

$25 per child * 5 years and up * Includes 2 pottery items, private room, bring your own food/drinks and open your gifts here.
Supervised by a trained Potter. Maximum of 6 kids per party for two pottery pieces or 10 kids per party for one piece each.

6. Clay Building Parties:

$15 per child * 5 years and up * make and paint at the party but because the clay has to air dry it can be up to 2 weeks before the pieces can be fired and picked up. Bring your own food/drinks and open your gifts here.

7. NEW Art on Canvas Parties:

What could be better than a two hour kids party at our studio instead of your house? Art parties for children emphasize creativity and fun.
Our "ART" birthday party package is based on 8 or more children celebrating. We provide the art lesson for your choosing and a great time.

2 hr customized art project (1hour to paint and 1 hour to party)

- we'll customize based on your child's interests: hearts, butterflies, flowers, trucks, etc.
- all art materials included and you'll take your finished art work home completed on canvas.
- we can offer non-permanent mediums so you don't have to worry about paint getting on clothing, but we also have aprons
- set up and clean up included
- bring your own food/drinks & open your gifts here

8. NEW "Colour Me Wear Me" TShirt Parties:

This great new T Shirt Painting Party has been developed by Artopia Studios Inc. and is available exclusively at Artopia. Start with a template similar to a page taken from a colouring book, only made with specialized material.

Colour it as you like, with crayons provided by the studio. While you are celebrating and opening gifts, we'll transfer your masterpiece to a T Shirt using a small T Shirt press and you will get to wear your art home. All designs are created by Artopia Artists and are copyright material. A variety of designs are available to choose from. If you wish, for an extra cost, we can provide letters so you can customize your T Shirt with your name. The art can be placed on the front or the back of your T Shirt.

Youth White XS to XL: $20 + GST
Youth Pink or Blue: XS to XL: $25 + GST

Adult White S-XL: $25 + GST
Adult Pink or Blue: XS to XL: $30 + GST

Custom Design Options:

Want to create a Custom Design for your party? We'll get our Artists to create your design, you'll approve it and viola, the perfect party. Ownership of the art belongs to Artopia.
Cost for custom artwork: $100 flat fee.
