How much does a party cost?

At Artopia, the pricing really depends on what type of activity you choose, so please give us a call or send an email and we will be able to provide the specific pricing. Most of our pricing is on the website and for example, ceramic painting starts at $11 each and glass fusing starts at $20. We have no sitting or firing fees.

What if I don’t want to have the event at your Chinook location?

Not a problem! All our in-house/ corporate events cost an extra $100 off-site fee. We will pick up and deliver.

What’s included in the price?

All the supplies and materials needed to perform the creative activity is included in the price. The price also includes an Artopia Ambassador to provide instruction and guidance on completing the activity.

Can I bring my own food to your location?

Sure can.

Do I have to pay a deposit in order to book a party/event?

No. Because we have very few cancellations, we will not require you to place a deposit at the time of booking; however, we do ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as you know.

How long does a party last?

On average, an activity will usually last 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 hours. This includes the time to eat, complete the activity and have cake.

When will the project be ready for pick-up?

Each activity varies but fired arts activities usually turn a round in 5-7 days. It may take longer at busy periods such as Spring Break and Christmas. Canvas painting activities etc. would go home the same day as well as most workshops.

Do you give any discounts?

Yes. We often have deals like Date Night and we often offer Group On and Living Social Coupons. Plus we offer 10% deals in some community newsletters and we advertise in the SUTP book.

How do I pay for the activity?

Payment is due at the end of the activity. We accept cash, debit, Master Card and Visa.
